![]() ![]() It's correctly enforcing the label width, but the height seems to be set to normal paper.(4.88x11.00) Our label printer uses a number of different layouts for different mail classes and can't use just one format since there's both Portrait and Landscape style labels.įrom what I can tell, firefox has these strange defaults set for print size saved somewhere or is deriving them off what it thinks it can print out of the label printer without actually looking at the driver settings. Googling shows another person had the same problem and solved it by changing the windows printer preference to "always use driver defaults", but I can't do that. When printing from Firefox (and only Firefox, confirmed), it changes all all of the default page formatting to settings that don't exist in about:config. ![]() In W10, the driver settings for both are accurate and do not change. The machine uses a HP laser printer for document printing and a Zebra 2844 for label printing. So after some extensive googling I'm here because nothing I seem to do makes any difference.
